Since 2017, a professional and coherent student effort has begun to fill the gap in the expert and specialized staff of the country"s startup ecosystem with specialized training courses. Three rounds of these courses have been held with the support of the Vice-Presidency and the Science Park of Sharif University of Technology, which have led to the empowering of 205 individuals to enter the work market.

These educational and experimental courses have been held to increase knowledge, awareness and skills in the enthusiasts of the field of knowledge-based businesses and units active in the innovation and technology ecosystem of the country.

The main goal of Kimia Educational Courses is training and increasing skills in applicants due to the human resources gap in the innovation and technology ecosystem. By doing so, these individuals will be able to work in accelerators, VCs, science and technology parks, and growth centers as assessment experts, executive managers and human resources managers.

These specialized courses include training courses, insight, mentoring, internships, training tours, etc. based on a need-driven model. So far, three courses of this specialized training have been held with the help of a number of technology and innovation ecosystem activists in the country.

The first three rounds of these technological events have been attended by 205 participants with MSc, BSc and PhD.
